Walked in to see a vehicle I saw online and happened to draw the attention of a nameless salesman that was the epitome of shady. Horrible experience, I had to walk away for multiple reasons. Ended up getting a follow up email from their GM, Shane. Probably automated but no matter, I told him of my very poor experience and he apologized and asked if I would consider giving them another shot. Since I had not purchased another vehicle yet, I was prompted my Marci Stallings. Complete 180 and she honestly stepped in and made the deal happen. I normally do not leave feedback and since selling cars is not saving the whales, it’s all a matter of transparency and minimizing the bleeding so to speak. We procured our own financing before we went in to sign the paperwork. But it never fails that some finance person has to come out and explain to us like we are children that their system does not work with our banks system and that we are going to have to do this and that in order for the deal to finalize. Not what you want to hear late on a Friday with kids running around waiting to drive around in Moms “new” car. This whole song and dance that they do is so rehearsed and phony that is comical. So another Finance person sees that this Finance person is failing at getting us to comply to their plan and comes over to explain how they are gong to make it work so we don’t have to jump through any hoops. Short story long, we get the car shortly thereafter and all is well. My appreciation to Marci and those that she consulted during the process. Go see Marci if you want to deal with a nice person that isn’t a scumbag.

My service advisor (Ladell Player) was absolutely amazing! From the minute I arrived to the time I left. Ladell went over every detail they were performing on the car. He even went above and beyond checking in with me during the process to see if I needed anything. I highly recommend Chapman BMW and Ladell Player if you’re needing service on your vehicle.
Service advisor was great and explained everything well. On the down side the car was could have been better and the car was not vacuumed which I would have expected. Another downside which I was not aware of is because I replaced Tyres at a non BMW garage I now have a service warning on my app which cannot be cleared and that is not right or fair plus I may have other service service warning that will show up but will now be missed owing to a pre existing warning.

Another outstanding service experience at Chapman BMW. They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for some great mechanics. Touted to be the busiest BMW service center in Arizona and yet I’m able to get my car in, get a loaner for the day and out the door in a few hours. Logan Brower Takes the time to answer any questions I may have, from repair to replacement. Almost makes me want to continue getting only BMWs in the future.
Freddy and the service center team have helped me on with all my needs. From not knowing how to use some apps, to repairs, they always make time, get my car in and out quickly, and are very friendly to work with!

I would have scored my experience as a 5 were it not for the availabilty of the correct oil for my vehicle. I had an appointment, provided my vehicle information, and upon arrival was told that they did not have the oil in stock for my vehicle. It did come in later that day, however my concern is that if they knew my car information, why did they not ask to reschedule until such time that the oil was available. The dealership is a one hour drive for me each way. So instead of one round trip, I made two (one with a loaner) and used up an extra two hours of my time.

Brought my X1 M35i in for it's first oil change and inspection. At the suggestion of Steve Berg I worked Jeremy on the apt. The team was quick and Jeremy was awesome! He touched base with me 3 times (at the coffee bar) about the status of my vehicle so I wasn't sitting there wondering "how much longer". The selection of drinks, donuts and fruit was a nice touch....although I only had coffee and water. The service was super quick and i loved the video of the inspection. Not only will I be back...but I'd recommend this service team to anyone who purchased elsewhere....the experience here was top notch! Cheers!

I was treated very well and informed in person and on my phone how the process was going. The only thing I saw that I felt was not completely done was the wheels and tires were not done. This is why I can’t give a 5 star rating.

Once again the service department did a great job. I needed three things done prior to a long road trip and Kevin organized my visit so everything was accomplished in about 3 hours. He went the extra mile to include everything the X5 needed and even located a coupon to reduce the cost of a 4 wheel alignment.
I have been dealing with loud noises and squeaks from my brakes for serval weeks now. We now know that my brakes are at end of life.
