Once again the service department did a great job. I needed three things done prior to a long road trip and Kevin organized my visit so everything was accomplished in about 3 hours. He went the extra mile to include everything the X5 needed and even located a coupon to reduce the cost of a 4 wheel alignment.
I have been dealing with loud noises and squeaks from my brakes for serval weeks now. We now know that my brakes are at end of life.

I recently had my first service on my new 430i at Chapman, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Jason, my service advisor, went above and beyond to ensure I had a loaner vehicle ready for a work meeting. The technician conducted a meticulous walkthrough of the car during service, and I was pleasantly surprised to find my car ready just 2 hours after dropping it off. My 12 year old, 128i has seen its share of repairs. I knew the moment I brought it in for a recall, I would discover additional issues but my sales associate Jeremy made me feel comforted regarding the future with my car. He provided me an overview of what I needed to do and future recommendations. He greatly soften the worries and concerns I initially had. Dang construction 'everywhere ' brand new tire and unfortunately a industrial carpet blade found a brand new tire to sink its teeth in it. Service department reviewed & found another issue oil leak between engine and oil pan 5 hour job. Service department fixed the tire quickly, but had to bring it back next day since it was at the end of a business day. Chapman & the service manager have earned my trust no matter what the issue. Thank you Kevin always!
The good - very professional, good work and performed on time. The not so good. Too expensive. $80 for an OBDII test and $49 for Supplies. I refused change of brake fluid, which I consider unnecessary at this point in time.
I only deal with one service writer. I am very happy to deal with Freddie for all my service needs. He has a friendly demeanor and keeps you up to date with what's going on with your vehicle. He is honest and a pleasure to work with. It is why a 5 star was given.

I loved Logan, who assisted me through this process. I loved the care given to my beloved car. But, one thing that disappointed me. When I took my car in for service, my SUV trunk had a cover on it (and I use it quite frequently); but when I was driving home, I heard a noise coming from the back end of the car. When I got home, I discovered the cover had been taken off and not replaced. Well I'm sorry, but I don't know how to put it on. So now I have to take time out of my schedule to figure it out. :-( Not happy

We purchased a new car that was from the loaner pool I had reluctance to do that knowing how loaners are treated however, the deal was quite good so I went forward with the purchase and noticed the tail light was cracked and Chapman replaced it with a new one. You would think this is no big deal and they should’ve but today’s environment sometimes commitments are not honored Chapman. Great Co. will buy from them again.

From the General Sales Manager Steve Foster to my salesman Chris Neis I was treated like I was their most important customer of the year. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable about his product and is so clearly customer focused he should be recognized as Salesperson of the Year if there is such a title. He’s patient (for an older BMW novice like myself), personable, upbeat, LOVES his product and just doesn’t wave goodbye when the sale is done. He’s encouraged me to contact him whenever I need help learning all these new mechanics that weren’t on my old Panamera. That type of difference makes him a true Sales Consultant not just a Salesman. This was my best experience purchasing a car and I’ve purchased 10 cars over the years. Thank you Steve and Chris Ps- I drove up from Tucson for this purchase and I’m SO glad I did!
